Why Mary?
Having run private and public companies herself (she was one of the first females in Ireland to run a public company – Rapid Technology Group in 1999) and having consulted to, and coached hundreds of CEO’s, senior executives and owner/managers to develop growth plans and address difficult issues in their companies, Mary has built up a set of skills which are quite unique in Ireland. These skills mean she can quickly identify the 'real' problems and issues in an organisation and help people set about addressing them in a sensible and workable way.
Mary's key strength is in getting to the core issues quickly and accurately, whether they are strategic issues, people issues, organisational issues, or personal issues – in fact, they are often a combination of all four. Her real skill is in bringing clarity to the situation which makes it easier to see what needs addressing, and then setting out a clear direction and roadmap to follow. Having 'Been there and done that', Mary is able to grasp the challenges that CEOs’s can encounter and offer impartial and objective, experienced based advice (something which is remarkably difficult to find).
Her training and real-world experience (both in the companies she has lead herself, and the hundreds of companies she has helped over the years) allow her to take on board and understand both business, people, and personal influences, in a no-nonsense way. Mary has helped many businesses in the areas of strategic business planning, leadership development, management/team development, and innovation. She also adds huge value in the area of CEO skills development and senior executive coaching. To see what her clients have to say about her, check out their testimonials.
